Who we are
Space Sorted is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at the address on our contact page.
What we collect
When you send us your brief we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your company name if you give it, and the details of the office you are looking for: team size, area, move date, term, type of office, budget and any other requirements you write in.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to search for and arrange viewings of offices that fit your brief, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
Who we share it with
We share your brief with workspace operators only when you have agreed which buildings you want to see or hear about. We never sell your details. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides our cookie-free visitor statistics. You can switch those statistics off on our cookies page. When you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered to us by an email service, and a copy is kept for up to 400 days by our form service, which processes it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an office are deleted within two years. If we help you take an office we keep records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
