About
Your office search, sorted.
Space Sorted is an independent UK office broker built on one idea: you should only have to explain what you need once.
Why we exist
Built from the operator side.
Finding an office usually means filling in enquiry forms on site after site, fielding calls from people who all seem to be showing you the same buildings, and trying to compare prices that are never quoted the same way twice.
Space Sorted searches serviced and managed offices across the UK, shortlists the ones that genuinely fit, arranges the viewings and negotiates the deal. If a conventional lease suits you better, we handle that too. You never pay us a fee: on serviced and managed offices, the operator you choose pays it.

With over eight years of experience in the flexible office industry, I have built my career from Sales Executive through to Senior Sales Management. Having spent that time on the provider side, I understand first-hand how operators work, how deals are structured and where there can be flexibility: insight I can now use to the advantage of my clients.
My focus is on understanding exactly what a client needs from their next office, whether that's location, budget, size, flexibility, amenities or room for future growth. I can then navigate the market on their behalf, identify the most suitable options and help negotiate the right terms.
Having been on the other side of the negotiation table, I know the right questions to ask, what to look out for and where opportunities may exist to secure greater value. My aim is to make the office search straightforward and efficient, while ensuring the space and terms genuinely work for the client and their business.
