How we work it out
Desks are your team size multiplied by the share who come in on your busiest day, rounded up. Serviced operators typically plan around 50 to 70 sq ft per person for desk space, and you should allow roughly 30 to 50% more for meeting rooms and breakout areas. The budget multiplies your desks by a published desk rate for the city or London area you choose. Where no single figure is published it uses the London median of £648 or the UK median of £498. Managed offices are shown at about 40% more per desk, in line with published London data.
